But the main purpose behind giving permission to the government to keep the workers in mind is to let the workers know that the government is on their side because workers work hard. If there is no satisfaction among them, then the work of the government will not progress. Then you will not be able to advance in the state. So bonus is given on Durga Puja to encourage workers and work responsibly. He said that the government will also keep in mind what kind of facilities can be provided for the workers in the coming days.
