Agartala,Sept4:Assam Rifles organised a community meal for orphaned and Divyang children at Nirmala Shishu Bhavan Anathalay, Kunjaban, Agartala, on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, as part of its continued commitment towards community outreach and welfare-oriented initiatives.
The event brought together children from the local community for a warm and inclusive gathering. Assam Rifles personnel interacted with the children and shared the festive spirit by serving them a wholesome community meal, creating an atmosphere of joy, warmth and togetherness.
The initiative reflected the values of compassion, care and inclusivity associated with the festival of Janmashtami, while providing an opportunity to extend a gesture of support and affection towards children from vulnerable sections of society.
