Agartala, Jan 17: A Mega Health Check-Up Camp, first of its kind in the High Court of Tripura, was organized at the High Court premises on Tuesday to create awareness among employees and lawyers of the High Court towards preventive healthcare. At 8 a.m., Chief Justice T. Amarnath Goud inaugurated the day-long program in presence of Advocate General Siddhartha Sankar Dey, Law Secretary Biswajit Palit and Registrar General Viswajeet Pandey. In the camp, blood tests, eye check-up, dental check-up, ECG and medical consultation were carried out in collaboration with doctors of IGM Hospital, Agartala. Meanwhile, an ambulance equipped with life support system was also handed over to the Chief Justice by the Advocate General & Law Secretary. It would be positioned at the medical dispensary of the High Court round the clock. The camp saw participation by large swathes of employees and lawyers across all age groups.
