Agartala: July 02: Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu attended the five-day Spiritual Conference organized by Sree Jagannath Jew Temple and Sree Chaitanya Gaudiya Math at the temple premises in Agartala on Wednesday evening. The event brought together spiritual leaders, devotees, and religious scholars for a series of devotional and cultural programs focused on spreading the teachings of Lord Jagannath and Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Welcomed with traditional rituals, Governor Reddy was the chief guest at the event. In his address to the gathering, he praised the efforts of the temple authorities and Gaudiya Math for organizing a spiritually enriching conference that reflects India’s deep-rooted cultural and religious heritage.
“This temple is not just a place of devotion but a center of spiritual and cultural learning. Events like this strengthen the moral and spiritual fabric of our society,” the Governor said.
The conference features daily devotional discourses, bhajans, and kirtans led by revered saints and scholars. It aims to offer spiritual guidance, promote unity, and encourage a deeper understanding of Sanatan Dharma and the Bhakti movement as propagated by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Organizers stated that the spiritual conference is part of an annual tradition meant to uplift the minds and hearts of the devotees and foster a sense of peace and devotion in the community. Arrangements for prasad distribution, accommodation, and facilities for visitors have also been made.
