Agartala: Jan 08: Terrorism is not leaving Bishalgarh subdivision. Miscreants vandalized the campaign decorations of Charidalam Madhyapara Congress. It is alleged that the miscreants of the ruling party committed this incident late on Saturday night. The incident spread a lot of excitement in the whole area. It is known that in view of the upcoming 2023 assembly elections, the entire area was decorated with Congress party flags in the Madhyapara area at the initiative of Charilam Block Congress of the deputy chief minister’s assembly constituency.
But miscreants of the ruling party allegedly vandalized all the Congress campaign decorations late at night. Congress workers said that all the party flags were torn down and set on fire by the saffron army miscreants. On seeing the incident on Sunday morning, the Congress workers informed Bishalgarh police station. Bishalgarh police rushed to the spot. Filed a case against the accused in Bishalgarh police station and demanded proper investigation. On the other hand, Sepahijala District Youth Congress Vice President Samarjit Bhattacharya and Charilam Block Youth Congress Committee Executive President Liton Dhar said that the current ruling party of the state has somehow understood that the people of the state will not allow the BJP to regain power in the 2023 assembly elections. The people of the state made a mistake in the 2018 assembly elections. So the ruling party wants to come to the government by doing this. However, Bishalgarh has become one of the most important centers in state politics. Political terrorism and incidents of violence are increasing in the subdivision. Questions are being raised about the role of administration.
