Agartala: Aug 05: With the initiative of Tuidu TR range under South Tripura TR Division of TRP & PTG department of a mega distribution programme under CCDP(CSS) during 2023-24 has been conducted here in Ampi TRP & PTG office premises in Gomati Tripura today. On this occasion TRP & PTG department minister Shukla Charan Noatia has taken participation in the programme. Honourable minister Shukla Charan Noatia has inaugurated the programme in the presence of many dignitaries as well as a large number of PVTG Beneficiaries present in the programme. As per the report, a large number of departmental amenities for the Reang beneficiaries have been distributed through this programme today. To avail government departmental amenities Reang beneficiaries from 5 VCs have assembled here in the PTG office premises today. Amidst the main distributed items there were goats for gottery project, pigs for piggery project, chicken for poultry farming, cross breed heifer for dairy farm, various equipments for decorator team, sport tems for Reang pupils, animal feeds and many other items have been distributed amidst the PVTG Beneficiaries through this programme. Addressing the TRP & PTG beneficiaries honourable minister Shukla Charan Noatia has said, “Our fundamental goal is to remove poverty from this Reang community living in Tripura and create prosperity in their family life. To make them developed proportional with other communities of the state TRP & PTG department is providing different kinds of project amenities to create family income. Abundant departmental schemes assistance have been provided to this backward community to make their financial stability. As a primitive indigenous group this Reang communal social development is essential for the total evaluation of the state of Tripura.” Amidst the other distinguished participants there were Subrata Das, deputy director of South Gomati zone, Chandrajoy Reang, DLAC chairman, Khusanty Reang, member of SLAC, Pramod Reang, MLA of Shantir Bazar, Sindhu Chandra Jamatia, Ampi BAC chairman, Pradip Acharjee, PO and many others remained present in the programme.
