Avalanche at 15th mile JN Road, 150 tourists stranded as per initial report, 70-80 tourists under snow. Those rescued include 30 tourists serious injured, they are all shifted to STNM and Manipal as per Sonam Tenzing Bhutia IG Checkpost – passes are issued for only 13th mile – but tourists are forcefully going to 15th Mile Atleast 6 tourists succumbed to their injuries at the army hospital . 4 male, 1 female and 1 child.
