Agartala: Jan 23: A BJP team led by Minister Ratanlal Nath and vice president Dr Ashok Sinha met CEO Kiran Gitte in presence of DM West Tripura district Debapriya Bardhan and SP Sankar Debnath and complained regarding pre poll violence, attacks and burning of their booth offices by the Congress and CPIM.
Moreover, they protested against the defacing of PM Narendra Modi’s pictures by a section of election officials in the name of election guidelines. They demanded exemplary punishment of those officials. Speaking to NEL Dr Ashok Sinha said that today also a BJP booth office has been burned and viewed that Communists are synonymous to violence as because wherever this Communist thing remains, they remain violent.
He added, “It is our dream that one day we will wipe them off the map of our country and there will not be a single Communist party leader left in the country. We will wipe them off. All of them will be converted to any other political party, we don’t mind which one.”
