Agartala, January 10: A two-day district-wide children’s scientific exhibition has begun at Umakanta Academy School. Five models selected out of a total of 53 models in the science exhibition will be selected for the state level competition. Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Deepak Majumder said this while inaugurating the exhibition today. Also visited various displays made by the students.
Moreover, Corporator Janhvi Das Chowdhury, Deputy Director of School Education Mithun Das Chowdhury and others were present on this day. He said that on January 10 and 11, the two-day district-based children’s scientific exhibition has started. This year’s exhibition has been organized keeping in mind the theme of ‘Science and Technology for Society’.
On this day, he also said that a total of 53 models were placed in the science exhibition. Five models selected from here will be selected for state level competition. Besides, a seminar will be organized. Thirty one people will participate in this seminar. The toppers in the seminar will be selected for the state level competition.
