Agartala September 14: Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore visited the state. During his visit to the state, on Thursday, he visited the construction site of the light house in Border Gol Chakkar area of the capital. Officials of the Urban Development Department were also present.
Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore spoke to the engineers involved in the construction of the light house while inspecting the light house under construction. Later, Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore told reporters that keeping in mind the earthquake, the light house is being constructed in the Border Roundabout area. Financially backward people will get the opportunity to stay in this light house.
