Agartala: Nov 10: BJP is the main rival of Tipra Motha in the hills. The call to join the BJP is going on every day due to the upcoming assembly elections. On Thursday, a procession was organized by Janjati Morcha in Raisyabari under Gandachhara sub-division. Then a public meeting was organized at Raisyabari Community Hall. In the meeting, 19 voters from 8 families left CPIM, Tipra and joined BJP.
Central Janjati Morcha president Sameer Orang welcomed them to the party by handing them the party flag. He attacked the Communists and Congress in the public meeting and said that Congress and Communists have looted the people of Tripura for a long time. There was no infrastructure like water, electricity, roads in the mountains. But the Bharatiya Janata Party formed the government in Tripura in 2018 with a determination to change. Then the people of the state are establishing good governance in Tripura by defaming these tyranny communists. In the last four and a half years, roads with electricity, drinking water are being constructed in the hills in the state of Tripura.
Apart from this, Ayushman cards are being provided to the people of hill tribes to get proper health services, providing houses through Prime Minister Awas Yojana. These developmental works were not properly implemented during the previous government. That’s what he complained about.
