Former J&K Governor Satya Pal Malik told The Wire that the Pulwama attack in which 40 CRPF jawans were martyred was the result of “our fault” as the Home Ministry denied them aircraft for their travel. Malik said PM Narendra Modi called him from outside Corbett Park after the Pulwama attack and asked him to keep quiet about “their lapse”.
