A booth campaign was organized on Monday afternoon at Booth No. 28 of Ward No. 33 of the capital’s 8 Town Baradowali Assembly Constituency. On this day Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated the booth campaign by placing a wreath on the portrait of Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
Speaking at the booth campaign on this day, he said that the main purpose of this booth campaign is to go to the people according to the instructions of the central leaders. And he said after a long time Bharatiya Janata Party has been established in Tripura state by expelling Communists from Tripura. This party is taking nationalist ideas from people to people. State ideology includes servile organization. Public service is the last thing. And this is what the Bharatiya Janata Party has proved many times in the last four and a half years to the people of the state, said the Chief Minister. The booth campaign organized on this day was also attended by BJP All India Chief Spokesperson Sambit Patra, former Chief Minister and MP Biplab Kumar Dev, State BJP President Rajeev Bhattacharya and other leaders.
