Agartala: Dec 22: On Saturday night, the Member of Parliament (MP) from West Tripura, Biplab Kumar Deb, attended the Tring Festival organized by the ADC village in East Ratanpur. During the event, the MP expressed his gratitude to the people of Golaghati and Takarajala for their significant contribution to his victory in the Lok Sabha elections. He mentioned that these areas played a crucial role in his win, stating that no other MP had ever received such a massive vote share in the past.
In his speech, the former Chief Minister of Tripura also announced a grant of one crore rupees for the development of the Golaghati and Takarajala assembly constituencies. This gesture is aimed at boosting local infrastructure and welfare in these areas. Furthermore, he thanked the people for their overwhelming support, acknowledging the efforts of the MLA from Takarajala, Manab Debbarma, and the MLA from Golaghati, Biswajit Kalai, as well as the entire Tipra Motha party cadre for their hard work in securing his victory.
