Agartala 8th July 2024:- The Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu inaugurated the Don Bosco School Silver Jubilee Annex building at Nandanagar Agartala in the morning today.
Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu in his Chief Guest address said the fair and peaceful environment in today’s society is a result of education. Therefore, education plays various roles in both social development and the lives of society members. It provides a sense of belongingness, consciousness, moral development, cultural enrichment, and the development of a positive attitude.
Governor said Education empowers each individual to understand the constructive possibilities of living and also how to contribute more to society for the benefit of all. Don Bosco based on reason, religious values, and loving-kindness can transform young lives into responsible and mature future citizens of our nation. He also said he was happy to know that the Don Bosco also caters to the needs of the less privileged and marginalized sections of the society, particularly in the field of education, through its huge network of schools, colleges, universities and social & cultural development centres.
Governor also Felicitated Mrs. Suchismita Saha under her leadership helped to shaped the school building. Principal of Don Bosco School Agartala Father Sebastian Plattay delivered welcome speech and spoke on gave brief details of Don Bosco school Agartala and others activities of the school. Governor also visited classrooms of the new school and Interacted with teachers and students.
Board of thanks was deliverd by Noiza Dasgupta , student of Don Bosco School Agartala. Rector Father Christopher Mary Warlarpih, Vice Principal of Don Bosco school Agartala Father Dinesh Narzary, Father P.J. Joseph, Director Peace Centre teachers students were also present.
