We have to move forward in that direction. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this while addressing the youth festival organized at Nazrul Kalakshetra on Wednesday. Speaking, the Chief Minister also said that earlier one had to go outside the state for higher education.
Now there is no need to go abroad for higher education. Tripura has two medical colleges, law university, dental college, nursing college and many other opportunities. Tripura is becoming a hub in the field of education. National highways have become six, four more are on the way. And many company owners now come to Tripura to spend because Tripura is the meeting place of people. Chief Minister said that there is peace and harmony in this state. Referring to various tourist centers including Chimramura, Narikel Kunj, Melaghar, Unkoti, the Chief Minister said that the state’s tourist centers have been developed. Tourists from abroad now come to Tripura to visit the tourist spots.
Overall, it can be said that Tripura is developing at a very fast pace. The Chief Minister said that youth society should be proud of this. In the organized function, the Chief Minister expressed concern about addiction and said that the generation is being wasted due to addiction. Therefore, those who are involved in such addiction should be identified and appropriate action should be taken, said the Chief Minister. The chief minister also said that those who are involved in such addiction should be raised against them. He also said that this government is with the students. Apart from the Chief Minister, Minister Tinku Roy and other officials were also present in the organized function.
