Ear, Nose and Throat specialist doctors at ILS Hospitals Agartala have once again successfully completed Cochlear Implant Surgery by deploying highly sophisticated and complicated tools.
Three children named Diya Pal from Agartala in West Tripura district, Paishi Vaishnab from Nalchar in Sipahijala district and Debashree Pal from Mohanpur in West Tripura district were born mute and deaf.

In this surgery, doctors implant highly sophisticated electronic device inside the skull very close to the brain. ADIP of Government of India provides this implants to ILS Hospitals Agartala completely free of charge, the cost of this implant is around Rs 6 Lakhs each.
