Agartala: Apr 01: As pressure is mounting from the Opposition demanding for stern action against the ruling BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath who allegedly watched porn video in his smartphone recently during the ongoing session of the House, on Saturday Biswabandhu Sen, Speaker of the Tripura Legislative Assembly retreated that he has not yet received any written complaint against Nath and based on reports published in media or social media posts he cannot take any step.
Speaking to our reporter he said, “How can I take any action against a MLA because I have not received any complaint against him, everybody giving their speech through media, so I can’t say anything or take any action against any person as I have not received any complaint letter from any MLAs. So I can’t take any action or pass any comments.”
Meanwhile, all Opposition parties of Tripura including the TIPRA Motha, CPIM and Congress has demanded the Speaker or the Leader of the House to set example by sacking the alleged MLA for his immoral actions.
