Agartala: Feb 11: Tripura’s goal is clear from Ambasa’s vast population. People will re-establish the double engine government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said this at a district-based political rally organized at Ambasa in the state on Saturday. The prime minister was literally overwhelmed by the crowd at the rally that day.
The Prime Minister said, “There was a time when Chanda ruled the state. Communists had to pay subscription for any work. Even if you go to the police station, you have to pay a fee because the police station was also under the control of CPM cadres. The current government has ended the atmosphere of fear, terror, and extortion in the state, established free democracy. Women were oppressed under CPM rule. Today women empowerment is going on. Dhalai district was once a backward district of the country. Dhalai district is one of the 110 candidate districts under BJP rule. With this district, development in the entire state has reached a new level. The manifesto of BJP is aimed at the real needs of the people. Every one of these promises will be kept. Keeping this situation in mind, cast your vote for BJP and allied parties on February 16. Tripura was freed from left misrule by your single vote. Your vote will further strengthen the development momentum of the double engine government in Tripura.
Addressing the large gathering on this day, the Prime Minister further said, “Tripura is gradually becoming global through the effective development of diamonds in Tripura. Economic prosperity will be achieved in Tripura through the use of Bangladesh ports. Housing, health and income – these three forces have made life easier for the people of Tripura. And in the last five years, the state government has reached the lives of every people of the state. In the last five years, the BJP government in the state has provided houses to three lakh families. This is the speed of the double engine. This is the working method and outcome of the BJP government. Today’s Lakh Janata is the worthy answer to those who dream of overthrowing the BJP government by lying. They are the protection shield of the government. It is very gratifying that nearly 2 lakh people of Tripura have got the help of Ayushman Yojana. If there was no BJP government, would people get this benefit? Congress and CPM only know how to betray the poor.
