Agartala: Jan 04: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is coming to Tripura tonight to take part in the Jan Biswas Yatra. He will arrive at Agartala in a special air force aircraft at around 11 pm. Tomorrow, January 5, he will start the Jana Biswas Yatra at Kadamtala in North Tripura district and Sabroom in South Tripura district.
In this regard, the Chief Minister of Tripura today said in a press conference at the state BJP’s election office that Amit Shah was the party’s all-India president during the 2018 assembly elections. Today he is in charge of Home Minister of the country. According to the Chief Minister, BJP won Tripura in 2018 by following the ideology of Amit Shah and following the ideals of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It will return to power in the 2023 assembly elections, he said with conviction.
He said that the Union Home Minister will launch Jana Biswas Yatra tomorrow at 11 am in Dharmanagar and at 2 pm in Sabroom. After the public meeting in Dharmanagar, he will have lunch at someone’s house. After the public meeting in Sabroom, the Union Home Minister will return to Delhi.
According to the Chief Minister, BJP started its journey in 2018 with public blessings. Now going to start 2023 assembly elections with Jana Biswas Yatra. He claimed that with the visit of the Union Home Minister tomorrow, elections will start in Tripura.
On this day, BJP state president Rajeev Bhattacharya said that Jan Biswas Yatra will cover a distance of 1000 km across Tripura. Small and big meetings will be held in about 200 places around that journey. He claimed that MP Locket Chatterjee, Chief Minister of Assam Dr. Many other leaders have been invited, including Himanta Biswa Sharma, Union Minister Sarbananda Sanowal, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, West Bengal Leader of Opposition Subhendu Adhikari and BJP Central Leader Mithun Chakraborty.
