Agartala: Dec 10: Before the election hours, all the political parties in the state are playing their role in field. But the election may be announced before January 15. Elections can be completed by the month of February. Such is the bright possibility. According to reliable sources, the full Election Commission may visit the state by the end of this month.
So already the BJP has started a thorough discussion on the orders of the High Command. To strengthen the organization from the grassroots level, the state president and chief minister and other leaders have started classes. Even after the Prime Minister’s visit has been canceled several times, according to Secretariate sources, he will soon visit the state. An organizational meeting with the elected members of Tristhar Panchayat was held at the town hall of the capital on the initiative of BJP Tripura Pradesh on Saturday. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, state president Rajiv Bhattacharjee, Union Minister of State Pratima Bhoumik, election in-charge Dr. Mahesh Sharma, state president of ST Morcha Sameer Orang and state leadership were present in this organizational meeting. Tristhar Panchayat Heads, Deputy Heads participated in the meeting. Provincial president Rajeev Bhattacharya said that this organizational meeting is to guide the direction of what should be done and how the panchayat heads and deputy heads will work in the organization ahead of the 2023 assembly elections.
As far as is known, the state leadership discussed the upcoming elections in the meeting today. Panchayat level leaders have taken classes on how to do politics in field for the next 2 months.
