Agartala: Dec 07: Former Congress President Pijus Kanti Biswas join Trinamool Congress today in Delhi today. Pijus Kanti Biswas along with several other Congress leaders from the northeastern state joined the TMC at its party office in the presence of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee.
According to the party leader Pijus Biswas is likely to be appointed as the State president of TMC in Tripura. Abhishek Banerjee said ,”we will together fight the BJP’s misrule in state and the terror unleashed by BJP in the state”.
