Agartala: Dec 11: ‘TIPRA Citizens Federation’ by Tipraha Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA Motha) is a first-of-its-kind platform for like-minded people to contribute to the advancement of inclusive and progressive politics in the region.
The federation in its functioning shall aim to enable credible opportunities for the representation, inclusion, and participation of all sections of the society in the high-level organizational, political, and policy-centric decision-making process of TIPRA Motha.
As the state of Tripura struggles with multiple socio-economic, cultural, and political issues, the federation shall strive to increase public awareness on various issues with time and facilitate a collective effort among diverse sections of society to address them in a democratic manner.
The federation in its endeavor and shall function in accordance with the law of the land and the venerable constitution of India. On the recent Delhi Jantar Mantar demonstrations of TIPRA Motha the party chairman claimed that it was a big success but he and his leaders didnot go to Home Ministry or the Home Minister as it would be used to spread propaganda that TIPRA Motha is going for alliance with the BJP.
