Chairman Patal Kanya said that the employees will get salary if they get trust beneficiary from next month. He told a press conference in his own room of TRPC that it is possible to pay salary for only five to six months with the money that the state government is providing to TRPC as per the annual budget. As a result TRPC could not pay December salary in January. 36 lakh rupees is required to pay the salary of the employees every month. It is not possible to pay salary for 12 months from budget money.
So after a meeting with the MD and all the officials, the final decision has been made that the benefits should be given to the beneficiaries on time before the month of January. Then the employees will be paid from the proceeds from the sale of rubber seat products. But in no way shall the employees be paid earlier to the detriment of the beneficiaries. In the press conference, he also said that the general secretary of TRPC, which is an organization of employees, Santosh Chowdhury recently protested and said that the state BJP president has asked them to protest strongly for their salaries. Patal Kanya demanded his punishment for this. And Patal Kanya wanted a forensic audit to investigate why there were so many deficiencies in the TRPC. And he told the media on the day that he asked Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, Finance Minister Pranajit Singh Roy and Janjati Kalyan Department to help with the shortage.
