Agartala: Feb 04: The Tipra Motha issued a resolution promising a Durbar in Delhi over the demand for Greater Tipraland. Pradyot Kishore Deb Barman’s regional party Tipra Motha has very strategically placed privileges for all sections in the assembly elections. It shows that from women, students and youth to socialists, there is promise to benefit immensely. The announcement of concession on electricity bill for every household up to 50 units and 50 per cent subsidy on next 50 units is considered tempting. Along with this, Tipra Motha has also promised to introduce a proposal in favor of the Citizenship Amendment Act in the state assembly.
Tipra Motha published a resolution of 20 pages today. Pradyot Kishor’s team has set a target of fulfilling 15 promises in the resolution paper within 150 days. Besides, a monthly allowance of Tk 25,000 for the Samajpatis and an office space at Khumulwng will be fixed. MBB Canteen will provide food at Nagar Center across Tripura at Rs.5. Apart from this, the resolution also promises to provide youth unemployment benefits below the age of 30. Along with providing loans, it also promises to set up mega film cities and sports universities with 40 percent reservation for women in local bodies. Mainly, education, health, employment, agriculture, women and child welfare, youth welfare, infrastructure development, industry, tourism, law and order, social welfare, rural and tribal area development, senior citizen welfare, culture, sports, transparent administration, others Tipra Motha is going into the election fray with a promise to pour in all areas including minority development.
