The Left Front and Congress alliance is desperate to defeat Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. Ashish Saha went from house to house with the blessings of the people and claimed to be sure of victory. If BJP can win even one seat out of 60 seats in the upcoming assembly elections, it will be an undemocratic attitude and a political mistake. 7 Purushottam Roy Burman, the independent nominee of Ramnagar Assembly Constituency, went door to door campaigning in the area adjacent to Jayanagar Mahaveer Club. Apart from being a nominated candidate, he has special recognition as a human rights activist. He is fighting for the first time in parliamentary politics. Left Front is in support. The nominated candidate told the media that people want change. He said the main goal of this day is to restore democracy because without democratic rights, people cannot talk about work and food.
