Agartala: Mar 08: BJP spokesperson Subrata Chakraborty strongly refuted allegations made by the CPIM regarding tomorrow’s public gathering in Tripura, accusing them of operating with a “criminal mindset” and creating confusion on social media. He claimed the CPIM has been practicing “misrule politics” in the state for years and is unable to tolerate the development brought about under the current BJP government.
Chakraborty emphasized that tomorrow’s gathering would be historic, with BJP’s all-India president and Health Minister JP Nadda, Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, along with other ministers and party leaders, in attendance. He urged the general public to participate in the event, citing the success of the BJP government’s policies over the past seven years. According to him, the BJP has worked tirelessly to bring benefits to all sections of society, from rural areas to the marginalized, ensuring progress at every level. Chakraborty pointed out that the BJP government has been instrumental in building a “developed India” and a “developed Tripura,” and they will continue this journey in the future.
He praised the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that under their guidance, Tripura has made significant strides toward development. Chakraborty mentioned the widespread enthusiasm among various groups in society, including women, youth, and farmers, who are eager to attend the gathering.
In contrast, he accused the CPIM of being unable to accept the transformative changes under the BJP’s leadership. The CPIM’s alleged campaign of confusion and negativity on social media, according to Chakraborty, is a reflection of their inability to adapt to the progressive political environment now shaping Tripura.
