Agartala: Dec 08: The Rajnagar Samajik Sangstha (Rajnagar Social Organization) is relentless in their pursuit of the spa center owner. Despite being accused, members of this organization have once again caused a commotion at the police station. The accused woman is named Jasmine Akhtar. She is accused of engaging in various illegal activities in the area. No one dares to speak out against her. Two days ago, she was accused of kidnapping a housewife from Silchar and detaining her for seven months. However, the police have not arrested her.
Before the dust settled on this accusation, a new allegation surfaced: Jasmine Akhtar threatened Mrinal Kanti Bhowmik, the president of the Rajnagar Samajik Sangstha, over the phone, stating that she would be framed for various illegal activities. Not only that, but she also threatened to commit suicide, accusing Mrinal Kanti Bhowmik of fraud.
Forty-eight hours later, the residents of Rajnagar took action. On Sunday, they filed a complaint against Jasmine at the West Women’s Police Station. They demanded the immediate arrest of the accused woman. Otherwise, they threatened to approach the Director General of Police. However, the police have remained silent on the matter.
It is learned that on December 1, the Rajnagar Samajik Sangstha handed over Jasmine and three others to the police after a local panchayat. However, Jasmine was released by the police shortly after. Many people are unable to understand the mystery behind this. This raises a big question: is the police’s inaction due to a lack of evidence or are the allegations of the Rajnagar Samajik Sangstha false?
