Agartala, Nov 1: Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu inaugurated the **Foundation Day celebrations of Andhra Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Puducherry, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu** at the Raj Bhavan in Agartala on Friday evening.
