Agartala: Mar 12: The Tripura government has made two significant announcements regarding recruitment in the state. The Education Department will recruit 118 Computer Science teachers in Vidyajyoti schools through a written examination, requiring applicants to hold a B.Ed degree. Additionally, the Food Department will recruit 35 Senior Store Guards.
These recruitment decisions are part of the government’s efforts to enhance public services in the state. Food Minister Sushanta Chowdhury emphasized that the government is committed to improving the lives of Tripura’s citizens.
During the press conference, Minister Chowdhury also addressed allegations made by MLA Sudip Roy Barman, refuting claims that people in Tripura were not receiving ration supplies at fair price shops. Chowdhury criticized Barman for making false statements and using inappropriate political tactics to mislead the public.
The Minister highlighted the BJP government’s achievements in the state, including providing free sugar, flour, and semolina to nearly 9 lakh ration cardholders during Durga Puja. This initiative demonstrates the government’s commitment to ensuring food security and welfare for Tripura’s people.
