Agartala: Jan 24: As per tradition, a Republic Day parade will take place at Rajpath, New Delhi, and this year, the tableau representing the state of Tripura will be part of the event. Six students from the state have been selected to participate in this prestigious parade, marking a significant achievement for both the students and the state. On Friday, a felicitation ceremony was held at the OBC Welfare Department office to honor these six students.
Minister Santana Chakma, along with other dignitaries, was present at the ceremony to congratulate the students on their selection. In her speech, Minister Chakma expressed her pride in the fact that the state would be represented at the Republic Day parade, especially with the participation of these students.
