The Combined Annual Training Camp 103 has reached its sixth day on December 5, 2024, with cadets demonstrating unwavering energy and enthusiasm. The meticulously crafted training program continued to build on its objectives of physical fitness, discipline, and holistic development.
The day began with an invigorating PT session combined with Guard of Honour practice, promoting physical endurance and ceremonial discipline. After breakfast, the cadets attended a Weapon Training (WT) session conducted by Hav Dawa Lama, equipping them with essential skills in arms handling. A motivational lecture by Ex-Cadet Risha Debbarma inspired cadets with real-life experiences, fostering a sense of purpose and resilience. Post a tea break, Ex-Cadet Mukta Debnath conducted an engaging Lecture-cum-Demonstration, which captivated the cadets with practical knowledge. A crucial session on Conduct and Behavior with Girl Cadets under POSCO was delivered by Dr. Sthiti Das Gupta, emphasizing gender sensitivity and legal awareness. This was followed by another WT session led by Hav Sonam Bhutia.
After lunch and off-time work (OTW), the cadets immersed themselves in Biometrics sessions and cultural practice. These activities not only honed technical skills but also encouraged creative expression.
Day 6 of the camp highlighted the perfect synergy between physical training, technical learning, and cultural enrichment. With motivational and gender-awareness sessions, the program continues to nurture well-rounded, disciplined, and responsible cadets, ensuring they are prepared for future challenges.
