The Chief Minister of Sikkim Mr Prem Singh Tamang arrived at the grand inauguration ceremony of Cultural Centre and renovated Rinchen Chholing Monastery, under the aegis of Tourism and Civil Aviation Department, Government of Sikkim at Meghi Dara, Rinchenpong, Gyalshing District.
Chief Minister was accorded a warm welcome by the devotees of the monastery and general public of the vincity.
Chief Minister, in the august presence of the esteemed dignitaries and congregated devotees from across the sphere formally inaugurated the Cultural Centre and renovated Rinchen Chholing Monastery in presence of His Eminence Tulku Sangay Yonten Gyatsho Rimpoche.
Thereafter, Chief Minister amidst the consecrated aura created through recitation of mantras chanted by the disciples of the monastery, offered prayers for the prosperity of the state and sought blessing for its people, in the monastery.
