Special attention has been given mainly to poor welfare, security, roads, communication system, women welfare and agriculture sector. During the tenure of this government, the quality of railway connectivity, airport has been improved. Already in Maharashtra, work on Odhaban Mega Port worth Rs 76.200 crore has started. Which is going to be one of the top 10 ports in the world? Steps have been taken to build 62,500 km of roads and bridges to connect 25,000 villages under the Pradhan Mantri Rural Road. Center has sanctioned Rs 49000 crore for that.
On this day, he also said that this government has worked to double the income of farmers. Besides, strengthening India’s security has been a prime objective of the prime minister. Moreover, he approved Rs 3300 crore agricultural projects and development works in Jammu and Kashmir.
