Agartala, Sept 05: Tripura celebrated Teachers’ Day at the state level on September 5th at the Agartala Town Hall, organized by the Education Department. Minister Santana Chakma graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Director of Education N.C. Sharma attended as a special guest.
The Minister inaugurated the program by paying tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, emphasizing the crucial role of teachers in shaping future generations.
Teachers who provided free education to students and assisted them during flood situations were felicitated at the event, recognizing their selfless service to the community.

The Minister also read out a message from the Chief Minister addressed to the students, inspiring them to strive for excellence.
