Agartala: April 30: The diligent efforts of the Panisagar police station and Panisagar subdivision officers have led to the resolution of a robbery case that occurred on April 21st.
The incident unfolded in the village of East Tilthi, involving Pranab Nath. A formal case was filed under number 18/24, citing sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Following an exhaustive investigation, authorities apprehended three individuals from Panisagar.
Police arrested Abul Hanan (28), hails from the Bethanghani area, Abul Salam (43) also resides in Bethanghani, Nazim Uddin, originally from Narayanpur Pathakandhi, Assam, belongs to ward no. 10.
During the arrests, authorities recovered a used sword, a pair of earrings, silver bracelets, several ornaments, and Rs. 5,200 in cash. Panisagar police officers Soumya Debbarma and OC Debjit Chatterjee continue their investigation to ascertain whether additional stolen items can be traced back to the suspects.
