Agartala, March 23: The BJP Yubha Morcha organised a vibrant campaign rally dubbed ‘Yuva Shankhanad’ in Agartala on Saturday, rallying in support of candidates Biplab Kumar Deb for the West Tripura Parliamentary constituency, Maharani Kriti Singh Debbarma for East Tripura, and Dipak Majumder for the 7-Ramnagar Assembly by-election.
Accompanied by a throng of enthusiastic youths and BJP leadership, the rally commenced from the Rabindra Bhavan area, meandering through the city streets before culminating at Paradise Chowmhuni.
Rajib Bhattacharjee, the BJP state president, viewed that the youth’s resonance with Prime Minister Modi’s assurances, spanning across various segments of society.
“The INDIA alliance is merely deceiving the populace; they lack assurances. PM Modi and BJP, however, provide guarantees for every stratum,” he affirmed, addressing reporters.
Responding to opposition allegations regarding electoral bonds, Bhattacharjee reiterated PM Modi’s pledge against corruption, underscoring the transparency achieved through enforcement agencies’ actions.
Expressing confidence in the electoral outcome, Bhattacharjee reiterated PM Modi’s projection of securing 370 seats for BJP and over 400 for NDA.
Former CM and Rajya Sabha member Biplab Kumar Deb echoed this sentiment, asserting the symbiotic relationship between the people of Tripura and BJP leadership, particularly acknowledging PM Modi’s transformative impact.
Chief Minister Manik Saha, addressing the gathering, prophesied the waning influence of CPI(M) and Congress, envisioning their eventual obscurity.
Highlighting the diminishing support for opposition parties, Saha emphasized the ideological shift, with the erstwhile ‘INDIA’ now reduced to ‘INDI,’ foreshadowing its eventual dissolution.
He lauded PM Modi’s vision for socio-economic development and for catalyzing progress in the Northeast.
Saha’s optimistic outlook resonated with the palpable youthful vigor, symbolizing the imminent blooming of two lotuses in Tripura’s Lok Sabha elections.
As the rally concluded, it left a resounding message of BJP’s unwavering commitment to progress and inclusivity, buoyed by the fervent support of the youth.
