Agartala January 3: The students stood up against Mota Kamai’s scam by using the school grounds. Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan is one of the Banedi schools in the state. The field in front of the school is many years old. School students and local youths play in the school field all day, and local people come to this field every morning to exercise. But efforts are underway to turn this ground into a parking zone by the school management committee.
Alumni and current students of the school stood against it. All students are told that school grounds will not be used as parking zones in any way. Many political figures from this school ground are in the pinnacle of power today. But no one knows who is trying to take over the school grounds for profit. However, the school ground will not be allowed to be taken away in this way. In this field, like in the past, the students will enjoy the free environment by playing sports.
A teenager who came to practice in this regard said that if this field is taken away from them, then they do not know where they will go to play sports in the future. Especially after next few days there is under fifteen match by Tripura Cricket Association. There are no other fields nearby to practice on. So they don’t want to lose this ground in any way. A student of the school said that every year the 23rd January procession starts from this ground. So no students want to lose this tradition. Students of Alumni made it clear that if necessary, they will make a lot of noise about the matter, but they will not be allowed to make parking zone.
