Agartala: Jan 25: Offer after offer, the BJP’s pole to return to power in the upcoming elections is just a head! From Tipra Matha’s supremo to other leaders, Delhi has repeatedly summoned the final decision. Seven days have passed since the announcement of the election date, but the BJP is not daring to announce the list of candidates to fight alone. And BJP does not trust the alliance partner IPFT because survival is the challenge for IPFT.
If the government is formed like IPFT in 2018, only head of BJP is on pole 23. So the leaders of Delhi are not giving up. And in the last few days there is no BJP rally in the hills ahead of the elections. Delhi leaders are also unable to go to the hills to hold election rallies. So they want to step on the ground of Tripura on the shoulders of this heavy regional party. So once again All India President JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah called a group of leaders of Tipra Matha to Delhi for the last time. He sent a special plane to the state and flew them to Delhi. According to party sources, Tipra matha president Vijay Rankhal, ADC chairman Jagadish Debbarma, CEM Purnachandra Jamatia, former minister Mebar Kumar Jamatia and Animesh Debbarma went to Delhi on Wednesday. But the alliance will only happen if the Greater Tipraland claim is supported. Pradyot Kishore Deb Barman fixed 24 hours for this. Meanwhile, at the airport, ADC chairman Jagdish Debbarma said that he is going to Delhi as he has been called by the Indian government. And if their demand for Greater Tipraland is supported then BJP has no objection to go into alliance.
He also did not deny the fact that the party supremo is based in Delhi. Before leaving the state at the airport, Tipra Matha Dal’s state leadership and former minister Mebar Kumar Jamatia said party supremo Pradyot Kishore Debavarman called and asked him to go to Delhi. He said that he is going to Delhi to discuss the alliance with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The delegation of Tipra Matha will include party chairman Vijay Hrankhawl, supremo Pradyut Kishore Debbarman, former minister Mebar Kumar Jamatia, MDC- Animesh Debbarma and other leaders. Mebar Kumar Jamatia expressed hope that the discussion will be fruitful. On this day, apart from Mebar Kumar Jamatia, other leaders of the Tipra Matha party flew to Delhi.
