Agartala: Dec 21: “College is like a temple, there is a serious contact between the student and the teacher in the college. We keep learning lifelong, there is no age bar to learn. Government is adding to qualitative education. Student should also be involved in compositional works along with book learning”; Chief minister Dr. Manik Saha said this at the inauguration ceremony of library of Dr. BR Ambedkar College.
He said in his speech those who have more knowledge, the world is in their hand. District Council Chairman Amalendu Das said that we finish the work on time. It was proved by the inauguration of girls’ hostel today.
While presenting the welcome speech, MLA Sudhangshu Das said that those who do not work, they make excuses. Rs 38 lakh 90 thousand were spent in the construction of library and Rs 1 crore 88 lakh spend in the construction of ST girls hostel.
