Agartala: Dec 10: “Pradyot Kishore Deb Barman is trying to distort the Bengali nation and trying to tarnish the history of Tripura state. He is playing politics with people. Trying to mislead people in this way, they are trying to change the course of history. But this kind of unjust movement will not continue in the state of Tripura”, Hari Gopal Debnath, secretary of the Amara Bengali State Committee, said this in a press conference organized by the Amara Bengali State Committee at the Agartala Press Club on Saturday, strongly criticizing Pradyot Kishore Deb Barman’s Greater Tipraland.
He said that the autocratic plan of state partition should be canceled immediately and deviding policy in the state should break the black wall of ADC. For this, all nations and peoples should come together in the anti-exploitation struggle. Otherwise, he expressed the opinion that it will be impossible to stop such divisive politics. He also said that Bengalis should stop being harassed by non-implementation of anti-Bengali NRC. And people should unite and resist against Hindi imperialism. Otherwise, he expressed fear that the direction the situation is moving towards is very worrying.
