Minister of External Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar says the Indian National Army Memorial Complex in Bishnupur District will become a major Hub for Researchers and Tourists from India and Abroad. The External Affairs Minister today visited the site in Moirang Konjengbam Leikai where the Indian National Army Headquarter was situated in the past. He also paid floral tribute to the statue of Netaji Subashchandra Bose in INA Memorial Complex. Earlier in the day, the Union Minister along with his better half visited India Peace Memorial Complex and Peace Museum. Union Minister of State for Education and External Affairs, Dr. RK Ranjan, Education Minister Th. Basanta, LDA Chairman Moirangthem Ashnikumar, Bishnupur District DC Bikram Lourembam and SP Bishnupur N. Herojit accompanied Jaishankar during the visit
