Agartala: Nov 19: The police of Bishalgarh police station managed to nab the other accused Chandra Saha, who was involved in the bombings in the political conflict in Bishalgarh on November 2. He was on the run since the incident. Four accused have already been caught in the police net in this case.
The four are currently in judicial custody at Bishalgarh Central Correctional Facility. On Saturday, the accused Chandra Saha was kept in the lock-up of Bishalgarh police station after a medical check-up. He is said to be produced in court on Sunday. In this regard, Additional Superintendent of Police of the district Manavendra Chowdhury said that this Chandra Saha alias Gopal was the main accused in the case of throwing a bomb at the police in the incident of political clashes in Bishalgarh Rautkhla area on November 2. He was absconding from the day of the incident. The police were searching for him for a long time. On Saturday afternoon, under the leadership of the District Superintendent of Police, the police managed to net him from a rubber garden in the Thakur Para area of Nonjala under Savanganj Thana.
