On this day, former President of Pradesh Congress Gopal Roy, former MLA Ashish Kumar Saha and other leaders paid tribute to the portrait of Jawaharlal Nehru.
Former president Gopal Roy said that Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was born in 1889. He was the first Prime Minister of the country. He was an artist in India. He planned to take the country’s economy forward, which has been destroyed by the current Narendra Modi government and handing over the country’s wealth to corporates. Former President of Pradesh Congress Gopal Roy expressed the opinion that it is very painful. He also said that it is very important to implement Jawaharlal Nehru’s thinking in the country today.
