Agartala: Nov 10: A 30 year old biker met with an accident while overtaking by a bike at high speed. The victim identified as Prasanta Pal (30) of Melaghar.
The incident took place on Melaghar to Sonamura road, 100 meters or 150 meters away from Lal Mia Chowmuni, Melaghar. It is known that the bike ridder Prashant Pal riding the bike bearing registration number TR 07 5620 Bajaj Avenger, was on his way to his uncle’s house from Melaghar to Indira Nagar.
Bike rider Prashant Pal overtook an car (TR07C 0227) at high speed, which was going to Udaipur with five passengers. At that time the bike rider Prashant Pal collided with the car and the bike rider along with the bike ran off the road. Receiving the information the Melaghar Fire Service rushed there and took the injured bike driver Prashant Pal to the Melaghar hospital. Meanwhile, the witnesses said that the car driver was not guilt.
